The Rahet Bali (my peace of mind) blog includes a library of mental health resources in Arabic, information on how to join support groups, a video series of Mental health real stories, guided meditation resources in Arabic.
REDA RSSC Helpline
During the COVID-19 pandemic, REDA created a helpline to continue providing social service support to refugees remotely. Support included most of the RSSC services in addition to guidance and counseling to individuals who became unemployed on how to access CARES benefits
Explore the Ocean Program
REDA team understands that refugees face several challenges in finding recreational activities to reduce their isolation and improve their wellbeing. As a result, REDA will facilitate four ocean retreats to Point Reyes, CA. The Ocean Retreat Program is made possible through generous funding from the CA State Coastal Conservancy. To sign-up for one of these retreats, you must attend one of REDA’s scheduled informational webinars about the retreats. The date of REDA’s first ocean retreat is March 4-6th, 2022.
